The Nintendo Gamecube And Game Boy Advance Can Finally Meet Face To Face!
(April 21, 2007) |
|
This is a Cable, which allows you to transfer and play with each other between a Nintendo Gamecube and a Game Boy Advance! The clip end of the cable attaches to the top of the Game Boy Advance (or behind if it's a Game Boy Advance SP), whilst the socket connects to either 1-4-player connection on the Nintendo Gamecube! Once connected, you can do whatever you need between you're Game Boy Advance and Nintendo Gamecube.
When purchasing games for both consoles, keep a eye out on the back of the cases to check and see if they require a Cable Connection just so in case you need to obtain one of these cables!
My Grade For The Gadget: 8/10: Enjoyable, Fair-Play, Thumbs Up
My Wish: Sometimes when I use this cable I keep getting connection errors, so I do wish there is an easier way you can use the cable to prevent this error from appearing!
Final Comments: If you own a Nintendo Gamecube and a Game Boy Advance and you need an item to enable you to connect both consoles to each other, I recommend you get this device. If I'm not mistaken as well, I think this is also one of a couple of cables that can work on the Nintendo Wii Console!

This thing is cool! without it, I'd never be able to have Pokemon battles with my friends. If you've got a gamecube and your friend has a gameboy, this thing sure is handy! |

To Users of GC-GBA

This may be the mose expensive of the GC-GBA cables doing the rounds at the moment, but its by far the best. I too thought that I'd save a few pounds by buying a third-party made cable, but was frought with problems with them. My advice--Its only a few pounds more expensive, but well worth it---so buy it |

A life time for a small thing

I saw the gamecube gba link cable and thought it would be a great idea to get it. Although what I didn't realise at the time that it would take about 4 weeks to be dispatched. It's a shame I ordered other stuff with it as now my mothers day stuff won't make it in time anymore. Anyway this cable is good for Zelda as it unlocks areas of the game you were unable to use before. This is essential for Final fantasy and I think it's worth the money. But not the wait. |

Very Useful Little Gadget
(February 02, 2004) |
|
I recently bought this link cable mainly so I could unlock the bonuses in Metroid Prime, such as the NES Metroid. I was very happy with it. I know also use it for Zelda. One reason why this will become such a handy device is for Pokemon, being able to connect your GBA game to the GC game will be essential. Only downside to the cable is the colour. It looks a bit stupid if you have a Black GC and GBA. But it's usefulness outweighs the colour problem. |
