One or two great games, five or six pure rubbish

This is worth having for Pole Position 2 alone - I have played it more than any other xbox racing title. Very addictive and fun.
Galaga is a good blast, Galaxians is okay though too tough.
The 2 Pac Man games show how playable simple games can be.
The rest of the games are dire and after 30 seconds of play you will never want to touch again.
Also, the load times are beyond a joke. Exiting a game to get to the selection screen takes about 3-4 minutes! You'd think it was loading Riddick or After Life not a few 20 year old games that take up about 100k.
There also way too few options: how about restarting a game half way through? Where;s the option of putting more coins in to continue playing a game? You could have an option to set a cap on coins too to make it more realistic.
A few good games, but the presentation is pap and too many games are diabolical. |
