The Sims: Unleashed Expansion Pack (PC CD)
|
|
|
| Description:
The Sims Unleashed, the fifth add-on pack for the biggest selling PC game of all time, allows computing's most popular virtual families to add a range of animals to their households. The developers say this is the biggest expansion pack to date, and certainly there's quite a bit here for your money. There's a good variety of pets to choose from, and whilst felines and canines are likely to be the more popular options, there's little to stop you adding something more exotic like a lizard to your Sims world. Pets are a fun addition, whether you let them roam or take an active interest in their development. While pets are the headline attraction, there's actually quite a bit more to discover in this expansion. There are extra locations and there's a new gardening element added, which is passable enough. There's the usual extra bevy of careers and objects brought into play too. There's nothing in The Sims Unleashed to impress non-converts, but it's essential for the completist and offers better all-round value than most Sims add-on packs so far. And you can't help but love those kittens. --Simon Brew

Good update

Plenty of depth and a great add on to this game. The pack adds a bit of humour and a MASSIVE playing area, and also contains some worthwhile patches for the game itself. Sometimes I found sims a little dull and this certainly helps to eleviate some of that. I particularly like the rougue cats and raccons that roam the neighborhood. In all good clean fun. |

One of the best expansion packs for sims
(April 03, 2007) |

This expansion is a great addition to the sims collection. You can buy just for the fun of having pets, although it has a lot of other things aswell to keep you busy. If you don't all ready have this i suggest you get it. |

Good, if you actually want pets

I was suprised how much more work was involved keeping your sims happy after installing this pack. By owning pets that you buy from a new town(s), your sims lives are totally transformed as you have to feed, play, and buy items to keep your pets happy. Its more work, but if you like pets then its an ideal expansion pack. I bought it more or less as an impulse, and was relieved to see that there where many non-pet related items. Overall, its definately not an essential expansion pack, for the pet lover its great, and there are so many new options available for sims to interact with pets alike. |

You thought it was the end of the sims
(December 27, 2005) |

You though it was the end of The Sims so did I. As you know the Sims have been around for quite a long time. I got introduced to the Sims by a 2 friends of mine. Ever since I have tryed to find copys of the games for myself to play with and also hearing about this game has made me find the old ones as well.Getting the copy of the Sim's was just so exciting. But it more interesting than the other games. It was so good it mixed real life with the sims lives because they increased the amout of jobs in display. And beind able to explore with your furry, scaly or even feather friends make life just bit more interesting. |
