This Game is ok but the view os quite hard to master as from the top but if you can get a controller instead of using the buttons on the pc then you should be ok |

Bit outdated, but still great

This is a good value buy, getting both the original game and the expansion pack for London. The graphics don't appear to be the best, but this doesn't detract from the playability of the games - it just makes you realise how far they have come in such a short amount of time to make Grand Theft Auto III and Vice City. I bought this double pack as my oldish (four years) computer wouldn't support the newer GTA games, but I still found myself losing hours and hours, and sitting up, bleary eyed in the early hours of the morning when I knew there was either work or sleep to be had. They are still addictive, as there is always just a little bit more to be done, the missions are not the same each time etc. If you have never tried any of the GTA games I would definitely have a go on this - it is so cheap and is still one of the best. However, if you have already played GTA III or Vice City, then I probably wouldn't go back to this as it is all from a birds'eye point of view, which restricts the range of the game. Then again, at five quid for both, why not? |

its a good offer for a double pack and there quite good games but only if you like birds eye view his is for you.they are fun games but abit exagerated all the people on the street are crazzy and the coppers are compleatly hard so if you like hard games these are for you. |

GTA and GTA 1.5: London
(July 24, 2003) |
|
The two games that started the GTA craze are back and although I played them ages ago, I've bought them because I want to experience that fun again. Notice why I put London as GTA 1.5 - it was originally set to be GTA2 but it never turned out that way - it was an expansion instead of an entirely new game, but I call it GTA 1.5 as it was the half-way-point between 1 and 2. Classic games at a fiver, get it now before they are all gone!! |

These games haven't exactly got the best graphics around, in fact they are shocking but the game play is rivalled by few. The only opportunity in life to speed through the streets shooting, ramming and being generally bad without being arrested is within this game. You can take up the missions or just run riot and end up causing marshall law to be implemented and have the entire american army try to catch you. Hard to stop playing 'cos it is never the same twice. |
