Who knew cooking could be so much fun? When you first start to play the game you are hooked. You demand to score a gold medal for you dish but mama keeps giving you 80/100. When you finallt get the top score you unlock new dishes. All different techniques are used which keeps you playing for hours upon end. The only disappointment for me would be that I completed it quite quickly but I decided to start fresh and go all the way to the beginning. |

This is a fantastic game for all ages, even adults!
I have burnt my pork stir fry every time, but my 6yr old gets 80-100 points each time, I also can't hit the right place to crack an egg, but yes my daughter can!
On to cooking mama 2, hopefully it is as good! |

Cooking mama is an great game I got this game for my birthday and I have been playing it for hours there is so many recipes you can make it is loads of great fun for all ages but I have to admit it dose get boring after you have been playing it for ages and it can be a bit annoying when it freezes so beware of that. So I think this is an excellent game so
I would recommend it to everyone.

I bought this Game after playing it on a friends DS that I bought them for Christmas. I fell in love with it from day 1 so decided to buy it. I'm really happy with it. I completed 60 of the recipes but discovered they are 76 in the game so I kept resetting the data to start again. I've now completed the game with flying colours. I'm getting the second game Cooking Mama 2 next week and I cant wait. I still playing on this game and have now completed it 3 times. I cant keep my fingers off it!
Introduction - Cooking Mama is a very good cooking game for the Nintendo DS. You basically have to complete the recipes to win medals. They is 76 altogether. 10/10 for this section
Gameplay -The gameplay is brill. You have a series of cooking methods to complete such as chopping up foods, cutting foods, making stews and so on. 10/10 for this section.
Graphics/Sound - The graphics/sound is good. You make very good use of the built in microphone with this game to blow on rising water when making stews. 9/10 for this section
Play Time/Replayability - Replayability is great. I've played this game over and over again but started to get fed up of it as I could not complete it but now I have. 5/10 for this section.
Final Recommendation - If you don't have this game then go out and buy it. Its great.
My final score is 10/10 |
