Well what can I say? You have a console, you should have this. This is one of those games with infinite replayability because of the simplistic wonder on the game rules. Give someone a few minutes and they'll be giving someone who's been playing Bust'a Move games for years a run for their money.Basic game play boils down to shooting bubbles out of a cannon from the bottom of the screen. Connect up same colour bubbles and they disappear. Think of the game as a cross between Columns and Tetris - although that hardly does it justice. If you like those games, chances are you will be hooked on this.
The single player game takes you through a huge array of puzzles with a good difficulty curve and infinite continues, so you can just keep going until you get that shot right! The AI of your computer characters is also pretty fair, and allows you to practice for when you invite your friends around for a multiplayer session.
The multiplayer game is one of those party games that people can play and play and not tire of it. The colourful and cheerful characters all have different attack patterns of bubbles that fly up from the bottom of the other players screen once you complete a large enough line, or make some bubbles full down from making a line out of those bubbles sticking it to the ceiling. During chain reaction mode, dropping many bubbles can cause cascading spectacular drops and cause the players to do various humorous moves.
It's suitable for all, colourful and cute, no blood or violence - although the vendettas that can manifest during multiplayer games can make up for all that! It's a game of skill that will add extra dimensions to your existing gaming library.
